On November 15, I hosted an Astrophotography Workshop at the University of California, Berkeley, for the Undergraduate Astronomy Society. The students were given a chance to explore the various tools photoshop has to offer and learn techniques and tricks that I personally use when processing my astrophotography data. In my own time, I explored PixInsight for the first time to refine my image of the Whirlpool Galaxy processed during the Workshop. The final image is shown below. Below you can also view some of the incredible photos processed by the students!
